In plain words.

What I collect. Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your business name if you give it, and your message. It reaches my inbox through Formspree. I use it to answer you and fill your order, and for nothing else. I don’t sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.

Payments. Checkout runs on Square. Your card number goes to Square, never to this site and never to me. Square passes me the details you enter at checkout (name, shipping address, email or phone) so I can ship your order and send your receipt.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising code. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Children. This site is for adult buyers. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete what I have about you, email stockflow.jayy444@gmail.com or use the contact form, and I’ll take care of it.

Who you’re buying from. StockFlow, Columbus, Texas.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Single items are paid by card through Square. Wholesale orders get an itemised invoice, due on receipt, and ship once it’s paid. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Availability. What you see is stock on hand in Columbus. If I can’t ship what you ordered, you get your money back.

Product details. Specifications come from the manufacturer’s packaging and manual and from my own handling of each item.

If an item arrives dead or defective, tell me within 7 days for single items, or within 21 days on a wholesale order, and I replace it. Change of mind isn’t a return.

Every order ships within 2–3 days. The BOTA bottle ships free. Every other item shows its flat shipping rate ($5.99 or $9.99) before you pay. Pickup is free in Columbus or on the Houston run.
